Spinning For Weight Loss
Warning: Thinking about doing spinning for weight loss? I bet you think I’m going to talk about spinning on a bike in a class. Wrong! I’m going to show you how to spin around in a circle like a child to lose weight fast.
Think it’s weird… yeah, it is, but it works.
Forget about that spinning on a bike nonsense. It’s not efficient. Here’s a new twist on spinning without needing a bike.
First off, try this out. Spin around in a circle with your arms out like airplane wings. Do this for anywhere from 5-15 spins. The goal for you is to get slightly dizzy. You don’t want to get extremely dizzy. That isn’t productive.
It may take you a few times to find the right number of spins to do to get dizzy.
Once you find out the right number to do, do multiple sets of spins with that number throughout the day.
The reasoning behind this.
When you spin around in a circle, you are stimulating your Endocrine System to be more efficient with the release of your hormones (it controls your hormones). Now, most people have huge imbalances with their hormones and this leads to weight gain and bad health. So the spinning helps with weight loss and health because it balances out your hormones.
