There are a lot of things that people can do to prevent cancer from happening in the first place. The best way to fight cancer is to stop it from happening in the first place. Unfortunately there is no one cause of cancer and generally many different factors lead to cancer. People who are at risk of getting this disease should do every thing possible to avoid it. If you can, you may move to a warm, unpolluted climate or go for a vacation in a warn climate to give you sunshine a fresh air. Always eat good natural foods, exercise and rest regularly. Living in a city with all the water and air pollution, noise, hurry and confusion can also great an environment for cancer to appear and grow. Stress is also considered a major factor of all kind of diseases like cancer. Negative emotions reduce the white blood count, hindering a major body defense against disease.
Some people are more likely to get cancer than others. for example people with severe emotional conflicts and stresses; experience traumatic emotional experiences or losses; have uncontrolled anxieties and worries; have strong feelings of loneliness,hopelessness, inadequacy, and desperation. Negative attitudes do not allow a person to relax and rest making him or her more suggestible for different diseases.
