A little bit goes a long way, so don’t feel bad if you can’t do much at first. Your endurance will naturally build up as you go. Exercise keeps your heart rate going at a healthy pace so it is essential that we work out on a normal basis. We’ve known for years that exercise has a long list of positive effects on our bodies!
